- The Gripfast/Tredair/TUK catalogue is current. You are welcome to ask about an older style you don't see listed but if it's not in the current catalogue, it probably isn't made anymore. But sometimes we do have a few older styles in our store so ask away :)
- Due to Dr Martens ever changing styles, there is no online catalogue that we know of for them
- Sorry we can't send out paper catalogues due to their high cost.

Here is some info on shipping
USA orders are tracked and sent by UPS and arrive in about 5-7 days. Abroad orders are sent Global Express Priority Mail and arrive in about 8 to 10 days. Time varies by country. Any import taxes, duties ect. Imposed by your country, you are responsible for. Other than USA we ship to the following countries

Holiday Shipping Info
All orders are sent by UPS unless PO Box, APO or foreign which are sent USA postalDuring the holidays shipping can overwhelm carriers
Please allow for an extra day or two
Carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday
Orders made after 2pm PST on Friday are shipped the following Monday
During the holidays expedited shipping may arrive a day late as carriers become overwhelmed and are not delivered on the weekends
Weekend deliveries are possible but can be expensive. Please call for price and info.
Return Policy
- Return policy We are happy to do exchanges
or refunds on new and unused merchandise about 30 days from
the time you receive your merchandise.
(If its a gift, just send the shoes back as soon as you can.) - Send your shoes back to us in the original box and with a note inside explaining whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different size or a different shoe.
- If merchandise is used we will not exchange it or refund it.
- Test your shoes out at home on the carpet to avoid getting them dirty.
- On exchanges or refunds, you will pay for the shipping to us. We will pay to ship it back to you if it is an exchange.
- Shipping is not refundable. We will not accept footware from another store
- On some items like shoe polish or clothing, no exchange or refund will be done.
- Refunds are processed within 30 days.
- If you have any questions please feel free to call us.
Dr Martens Gripfast Tredair TUK warranties
- Dr Martens, Gripfast, Tredair and TUK have no warranties. They may last a long time and are very well made shoes but they don't last forever.
- If there is a defect and not a sign of normal wear and you bought them from us, send them back to us.
- We will not accept footware from another store
- Please be aware that sending them back does not mean that they are defective. Upon our inspection if they are defective then we will replace them if the shoe model is still made or one of equal value that you like that is made
- Purposeful misuse voids our policy and the shoes will be sent back to you without recourse
- As our Dr Martens rep has told us, Dr Martens have no life time warranty. In fact they have no warranty at all. Please don't send them to us unless you got them from us and there is a defect. - Sorry we don't repair shoes.
- As far as we know and our Dr Martens rep has told us, Dr Martens can be resoled with the Dr Martens sole in England only. Parts unfortunately are also only available in England.

Shoe Care Products
NEUTRAL/ CLEAR POLISH: Works good on non-suede leathers and is
especially good for multicolored shoes.
MINK OIL: This is good for waterproofing and protecting most and kind of leather
except suede. Moisturizes leather and softens it. But, applying mink oil to
leather will darken the leather temporarily. As time goes by the leather will
lighten back up. Allows leather to breathe
NEATSFOOT OIL: Has very similar properties and does about as good of a job
as mink oil but is easier to apply. Allows leather to breathe
HUBBADRS SHOE OIL/ GREASE: For waterproofing non-suede leathers this does
the best job. It doesn't really moisturize leather but it each treatment lasts
the longest and is its a very effective water proffer. Darkens leather. Grease
is harder to apply but lasts longer. Allows leather to breathe some what
SNOW SEAL: Excellent for snow pack boots. Being a bees wax, Snow Seal completely
seals up the pours in leather. Works alot like putting a plastic bag over
your shoe. Doesn't allow leather to breathe
WATERPROOFING SPRAYS: For suede leather, or most any leather, this is the
best choice. Some sprays contain silicone and work better but will dissolve
the dyes in colored shoes. Make sure you read the label to make sure is says
"color safe". If its applied to clean leather, it works good helping
to keep shoes cleaner longer. Silicone will darken leather permanently but
will allow leather to breathe

The information you supply is not sold, passed along to a third party, bartered for or redistributed in any way. It is kept here at our store in a file for store records and book keeping. We do not sell your e-mail address or phone number to advertisers.Your order is rung-up right here at our store so there is no third party to worry about. Your order is sent to us SSL encrypted so your information can't be seen by others. You can see the secure server by looking at the lock at the bottom of the ordering screens.Your information is not sold or passed to another party. We don't send out junk e-mail to you either. For accounting purposes, your info is stored and never sees the light of day.
How we process you order
Once we receive your order, over a secure connection, you will get an e-mail letting you know that we received it. Then upon credit card approval we will e-mail or call you telling you that your order was send. If there is a problem with your order then we will contact you as well. On any order we receive your card is not billed until we send the shoes out to you.

Footwear Histories
Dr. Marten History:
Invented by in Germany by an orthopedist, Dr. Klaus Martens, Dr. Martens were
a comfort shoe for ladies first. Then in 1960 Dr. Martens were produced for
the first time in Northamptonshire, England, their home ever since. Still
a family owned business and made in one factory, Dr. Martens have since remained
at the center of British street style and youth culture. Until just recently
Dr. Klaus Martens knew every one of his employees on a first name basis. Today,
there are hundreds of styles of Dr. Martens which are sold all over the world
for their stylish designs and unique air-cushioned soles.
The Gripfast History:
Manufactured by White & Co. a family business established over 100 years
ago (1890). The Gripfast range represents the best of British work, police
and military footwear.Good Year Welted construction. Made on an original UK
Army last. 22mm Commando Double Sole reinforced boot sole with screws. Full
grain leather uppers
The Tredair History:
Made by the White & CO shoe company (established 1890) these shoes offer
an innovative concept in which foam is injected inside the sole then expanding
to take on the soles comfortable shape. Not a moldable sole but an already
molded sole that fits the contours of the foot making these uniquely British
fashion shoes comfortable and stylish.
TUK History:
The T.U.K. shoe is an authentic product designed and manufactured in England.
Their long history in street fashion provided you with an assurance of innovative
design and quality craftsmanship.
